Applicants will be informed of the outcome within 1 week after completing an application. Successful applicants will be issued an email / letter of offer to attend the workshop. The email will also contain information about payment of programme fee.

Once you are in the application portal, fill in the form as instructed and create your application. You will receive an email with your password for a unique application account.

To accept the offer to attend the workshop, please make payment of the programme fee stated in the offer letter within the specified time frame to secure your place in the workshop.

Log in to the application portal using your email address and the password to upload your supporting documents. You are required to combine all your supporting documents into one single pdf file before uploading them to the portal. All documents MUST be in readable format of appropriate size and without the reviewer needing to rotate the document.

Upon completing payment of programme fee, you will be officially enrolled into a cluster in the workshop. Applicants are assigned to a cluster based on a number of factors including the applicant's preference, academic background and performance, and the availability of a cluster. You can check the cluster assigned to you in the application portal.
In most cases, students are able to get their first-choice cluster. In cases where you did not get your first-choice cluster, you will also be given an explanation on why we believe another cluster is more suitable for you.

Note that the actual course (within a cluster) for a student to work on his/her project will only be decided AFTER the student has attended all the course introductory lectures within the student's assigned cluster in Phase 1. Nevertheless, during the application stage, each applicant will be asked to provide indications of which course(s) he/she would like to work on his/her project.

There is no application fee incurred. The programme fee is only payable if your application is successful and you have received an offer letter / email from the organiser. Once you have received an offer email, you may log in to the application portal to make payment before the stipulated deadline in your offer.
The programme fee is SGD5,980. The following are included in the programme fee:
Airfare, visa fees and meals (except for welcome
session and farewell dinner) are not included in the fee.
To assure that you will have the best chance at getting your preferred cluster, you are advised to make payment as soon as possible upon receiving the offer.
