Accomodation

Accommodation is included in the programme fee and will be arranged by the Organizer. Students are not required to apply for accommodation separately.  
The allocation of hotels and rooms will be done at the discretion of the Organizer. 

From 6 to 21 July 2026, students will stay on campus in NUS UTown.
From 21 to 30 July 2026, students will stay off-campus, in hotels.

University Town (UTown)

Students will be accommodated at University Town (UTown), specifically within UTown Residences (UTR), Cinnamon College, and Tembusu College. UTown offers a purpose-built living–learning environment that integrates residential living with academic and co-curricular engagement. Facilities include a range of retail and dining options, thoughtfully designed communal spaces, and dedicated study clusters that support collaborative learning. 
During their stay, students will reside in air-conditioned single rooms, providing a comfortable and conducive living environment.
 
UTown is well connected by the University’s internal shuttle bus network, ensuring convenient and efficient access to teaching and learning venues across the NUS campus. This on-campus residential arrangement allows students to experience university life at the National University of Singapore in a holistic manner, combining academic study with residential living within the campus community.

Accommodation (Hotel)

From 21 to 30 July 2026, students will be allocated to one of the five hotels stated below. 

Students will be accommodated in twin-sharing rooms with two single beds

Daily 2-way transport at some fixed timing between outside hotels and SOC are included and have been arranged by the Organizer.

University Health Center

University Health Centre (UHC) is a part of the University, and you should visit UHC when you are not feeling well but not in an emergency. If you do not feel well in weekdays and during office hours, please inform our staff or student facilitator immediately at our One-Stop Programme Office at Seminar Room 5 (SR5)-(COM1-02-01). You will be escorted by our staff or student facilitator to consult a General Practitioner (GP) at UHC, the consultation fees and prescribed medication will be covered or reimbursed.

UNIVERSITY HEALTH CENTER

NUS​ Internal Shuttle Bus (ISB) Services

NUS provides free internal shuttle bus services for staff, students and visitors to move around our spacious campus. Summer Workshop participants can take our internal shuttle buses from the hostel to their class venues.

Currently, we have a well-developed internal shuttle system with 8 different bus routes in operation (7 in Kent Ridge campus and 1 in Bukit Timah campus).
